Data protection and consumer law

Our Firm assists clients during the implementation process of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), evaluating our clients’ state of compliance and drafting documents relevant to each case, such as reports, agreements with the data controller and entrustment of the DPO.
We assist companies in the creation of relationships with their consumers – clients (in retail, for instance), drafting documents (agreements/contracts, communications etc.) and implementing the steps required by the relevant laws and specific regulations (e.g. in continuity programs prize contests).
