In case of litigation relating to one of our areas of practice, we represent our clients before every civil, criminal and administrative Court including Labor Court, Court of Cassation and Council of State in any phase and degree for ordinary, special and urgent proceedings.
In arbitral proceedings, national and international, ad hoc or administrated by arbitral institutions, we act as counsels or arbitrators.
We stand by our clients side also through conciliation and mediation proceedings, optional or mandatory.
